Text Channel
The text channels on discord are invaluable! We have players from time zones around the would. This allows for communicating despite the time differences. The ability to post images and video clips is nice as well. So, was that your Heli 1km south of Green Mountain?
Voice Channel
The voice channel allows you to easily start chatting with your friends, enemies and new community members. Use the general voice channel for miscellaneous group chat. Or jump in a team chat for small groups. Then there are faction channels for those covert ops. Come on in, lets talk about it.
Support Ticket
I would place our discord ticket bot up there as one of our support staffs most valuable tools. We, the RayZr's Edge Staff, can't be in game 24/7, but we will be notified when a ticket is submitted. This allows us to provide the quickest possible response.
It's Free
Granted there are some paid features, discord is free. You can use our discord server for clan VC (voice chat) , to post a clip of that head shot, to submit a ticket because you got your car stuck on a fence again. Who doesn't like free !
